Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed before 2 PM are handed to the courier within 24–48 hours, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier in cash after inspecting the parcel at your door. We deliberately avoid online prepayments so you never have to trust us before we've earned it. Please keep exact or near-exact change ready for a smoother handover.
Yes — every item can be returned within 7-14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Raise a request from the Contact section with your order ID and we'll schedule a free courier pickup. Refunds are issued by bank transfer or store credit within 7–14 days after quality check.
We currently deliver to 350+ domestic cities with COD available in all serviceable areas, plus selected international regions (prepaid via bank transfer, since COD is domestic-only). Digital items — gift cards, memberships and SaaS subscriptions — are delivered by email within 24 hours, anywhere in the world.
